Happy 12th German Diversity Day!
Difgl Managing Director Katja Anclam was a guest at the Federal Ministry of Justice on the occasion of the 12th German Diversity Day.
Following the introductory words by Head of Department Dr. Sparmann and the welcome by State Secretary Dr. Schlunck, the topic of her keynote was: “Diversity-sensitive AI as a key factor for a successful transformation.” In her speech, she addressed what institutions and companies should consider when introducing AI applications in order to use AI in a diversity-sensitive manner, and how AI in conjunction with diversity can become a decisive key factor in driving forward a successful transformation.
